City to Country Coatings employ their own Site Supervisors which all posess a cert 4 in WHS as a minimum requirement. It is the Site Supervisors role to ensure all personnel on site are complying with all safety policies and completing the necessary paperwork such as JSA's, SWMS's, Take 5's, Permit Issuing and regular Safety Auditing. 

City to Country Coatings also hold their own Environmental plan which is strongly adhered to by all staff.
